The Skeletal Cell Atlas is an initiative to integrate publicly available single-cell RNA-seq datasets from skeletal and limb developmental studies. The atlas is an interactive web-based resource to facilitate accessibility of genomics data. Users can interactively identify cell types expressing genes of interest or discover transcriptomic subpopulations within a cell type.

The SCA can be downloaded at skeletalcellatlas.org. The source code of the web app is available on GitHub in this repository.
