The Limb Skeletal Cell Atlas is an initiative to integrate publicly available single-cell RNA-seq datasets from skeletal and limb developmental studies. The atlas is an interactive web-based resource to facilitate accessibility of genomics data. Users can interactively identify cell types expressing genes of interest or discover transcriptomic subpopulations within a cell type.
