Limb Skeletal Cell Atlas

About the Limb Skeletal Cell Atlas (LSCA)

The Limb Skeletal Cell Atlas is an initiative to integrate publicly available single-cell RNA-seq datasets from skeletal and limb developmental studies. The atlas is an interactive web-based resource to facilitate accessibility of genomics data. Users can interactively identify cell types expressing genes of interest or discover transcriptomic subpopulations within a cell type.

Download the LSCA

The LSCA can be downloaded at skeletalcellatlas.org. The source code of the web app, all code used to perform the analyses and notebooks to generate the figures are available on GitHub: https://github.com/mbarzegary/skeletal-cell-atlas (web app) and https://github.com/TElabSBE/LimbSkeletalCellAtlas (analyses and figures).
