SBHD 2022: Sophie and Raphaëlle will present their research

Sophie Bekisz and Raphaëlle Lesage will present their work at the 14th Annual International Conference on Systems Biology of Human Diseases  (SBHD, https://sbhdnashville.org/). The conference will take place in Nashville (USA) from 19 to 22 June 2022.

Both Sophie and Raphaëlle will give a short oral presentation and present a poster at the conference.

Sophie is currently investigating the roles and interactions of Dll4-Notch and uPARAP in lymphangiogenic sprouts through in vitro and in silico methods. The title of her presentation is “Investigation of the role of Dll4-Notch and uPARAP in lymphangiogenic sprouts through agent-based modeling”.

Raphaëlle will present her research about a machine-learning tool to assess osteoarthritis (OA) transcriptional signature quantitatively, as a quality control of in vivo disease models and towards clinical OA characterization. The title of her presentation is “Quantitative assessment of osteoarthritis transcriptional signatures with machine learning for evaluating in vivo models”.
