Alessio Gamba participated at the 15th Annual International Conference on Systems Biology of Human Disease (SBHD), which took place in Berlin (Germany) on 19-21 June 2023.

Alessio presented a poster about his recent updates on the work in ONTOX project, entitled “From Nephron Physiological Map to Kidney Disease Ontologies: a Systems Biology Approach for in Silico Toxicology”. In particular, he illustrated the concept of Physiological Map and the ONTOX Ontology, as an innovative Systems Biology approach applied to toxicology. Liesbet Geris, Raphaelle Lesage, Bernard Staumont and Luiz Ladeira are cohautors of the poster.

With his poster and explanation, Alessio won the Best Poster Award of the conference. Congratulations, well done!
