Ahmad Alminnawi and Liesbet Geris, among other co-authors, have published the paper “Exploring Mechanotransduction and Inflammation in Human Cartilaginous Endplate Cells in Blended Collagen–Agarose Hydrogels Under Cyclic Compression” in Gels. This study investigates the effect of using blended collagen–agarose hydrogels rather than pure agarose in cartilage endplate cell culture under dynamic compression and cytokine stimulation.
